About Me
Paula Fifield
New Business Development Consultant
Born in East Hull, my personal pathway took me first to Newcastle for education, then to London and Surrey to establish a career. I'm now back home where I belong in East Yorkshire.
For 18 years, I worked with Wildfire, one of the highest profile tech PR agencies in the UK.
During my time at the consultancy, I was part of a management team that grew the agency from sub £1m turnover to a very profitable £3m business.
In 2026 I'll be celebrating 20 years of marriage. My husband Paul and I have two children. Our daughter is about to embark on a career as a civil engineer, just as our son begins high school.
True North for me is running a successful business while being mentally and emotionally present for my husband and kids.
I look forward to sharing my journey with other business founders as we travel our individual growth paths — together.

Embarking on your growth journey...

Starting a business is exciting.
It's usually the promise of a handful of deals and opportunities that kickstart the process of launching a new venture.
But once you're up and running, the focus on maintaining a steady stream of new business opportunity falls to the bottom of the priority pile.
What then?
That's when it's time to look beyond supply and also focus on demand, figuring out the long-term direction for the business and how to achieve sustainable growth.
Everyone loves growth. A lot less people love to sell.
But here’s the thing — selling doesn’t have to be hard. It’s evolved, and thankfully, for the better.
The secret? Authenticity.
When you're crystal clear on your True North, the right growth path reveals itself. Simple — though not always easy — which is why I'm here!
